Shipping Locations

We proudly ship worldwide to customers across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, United Kingdom, and many other countries.
All orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 4–13 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local postal services.


Shipping Method

We offer Tracked International Shipping on all orders.
For orders above $84 AUD, $77 CAD/ £40 GBP / $55 USD, shipping is completely free.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can also visit our Track Your Order page to view the latest status of your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
CalmiPaws is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once additional shipping fees are covered.


Delays

While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or high demand periods.
